Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Registration and Abstract Submission Deadlines:
  - Abstract Submission: Saturday, November 21, 2010
  - Registration without Abstract: Friday, January 22, 2010

If you register after January 1, 2010, we may not be able to include your name in the participant list of the abstract booklet.
1.General Guidelines
a. To (be able to) submit an abstract, you must be registered already
b. Please read carefully the instructions below before submitting an abstract!
2. Instructions for Electronic Submission
The abstract submission procedure consists of three steps

a. Step 1: Enter the title (limited to 35 words) and the body of the text (limited to 3500 characters, including spaces). Do NOT enter authors and affiliations at this point.

b. Step 2: Enter all affiliations and all authors
Indicate who is the presenting author

c. Step 3: From the drop-down list choose ONE of the 7 main topics (numbered 1-7; in capital letters) as the main keyword of your submission. Choose up to four additional keywords from the same list (do NOT enter another main topic).

d. Preview the abstract. Send abstract if everything is ok, or edit abstract if needed.

e. Do not push the back button of the browser for corrections. Instead go to the end of the submission process and edit the abstract from there, as described.

Please note that the submitted abstract will become visible on the website (via the “Abstract” link) only AFTER the submission deadline.
